Cost Cutters

Booked an appointment online. Received a text and email confirming it. When I showed up the shop was locked. That really sucks considering they had my phone number and email. I'm self-employed so it's a big deal for me to take time off to get a haircut. I've been coming to cost cutters for years. I won't be going back

We’ve had good experiences with this salon in the past, but unfortunately, the last two times we made appointments, we arrived to find the door locked. No communication, no signage, and no one answering calls. It’s really disappointing to plan around an appointment and then be left waiting outside. Hoping they improve their reliability and communication moving forward.

The salon was clean and well put together. Great stylist all around but the stylist Lindsey is incredible. By far the best hairstylist I’ve ever come across. She alone deserves a 5 star rating. I will forever go there for myself as well as my kids.

Lindsey is an absolute dream of a hairstylist. She is passionate about what she does and you can see it reflected in her work. My husband and I see Lindsey for routine trims, plus my husband adds some curl to his stubborn straight hair with a perm every few months and it comes out looking perfect every time. Beyond her incredible work, Lindsey is also one of the kindest, most genuine people I have come across. I've never met somebody quite as hardworking and welcoming as she is. I always leave the salon feeling good AND looking good. I can't recommend Lindsey enough.

I can cut better hair. I asked for a fade with it longer on top and my kid got the same length all around. The front is uneven and cut too short. The shape in the back and around the ears with the buzzer is awful. I will never go back. Good thing it's winter and my kid can wear a hat until this grows back in. It also says online that a kids cut is $15 in store it's $21.
