I was at this store yesterday and had one of the worst experiences of my life. I went with my mother in law and my husband to look for information to open a membership. The employee who is serving customers was very rude at the time of telling us that we need membership to buy in the store. I asked for help to open a membership or if they had a website to create a membership. He just told me as rude as possible that they had nothing and that he couldn't help me and told me to leave the store. You need to be a licensed PROFESSIONAL in order to (as some would consider) to shop here WHICH is the good thing. There is no need to give a 1 star . I am thinking you do not hold this profession because if you did - you would know this information, Being said - All the staff have ALWAYS been wonderful and very kind.

Love Cosmo . Only wish they were able to order what they need instead of just being sent at the company thinks they need. Annoying.
