Very disappointed. I'vebeen coming here for many years, and overall it was fine but my last visit was bad 👎. The new employee Ania wasn't nice right from the beginning, no greeting, no smile, later on, when I cashed out she had a little argument with me. Sorry but you have to train your staff . This is unacceptable.

If I could give this store a 0 I would. Even with a signed form from Erie Bocces my daughter was told she couldn’t purchase a product because she didn’t have a form of ID. She is 17 and doesn’t drive yet. Once I called and provided some convincing she was told she could. My daughter offered her school ID before she left the store in the first place, for some reason the lady didn’t think she was “convincing.” The only reason she was unable in the first place was because because the lady decided she wanted to open a card for my daughter. Which is not what she wanted. Thanks Debbie!

Cosmoprof is great when you need one or two last minute items. Kerry is very knowledgeable and is an experienced colorist herself so she is great at recommending things if you’re there for that one unusual client that can’t be accommodated by the 500 tubes of color you already have in the salon. All the associates are friendly and helpful.

They have new staff and it has been a better shopping experience. They are helpful and aware of what they carry.
