I always have fun shopping at this location because the staff is so personable. They go the extra mile by greeting you by your name as soon as you walk in, and the manager even helped me carry my items to the car. The store is clean and well organized, and as well stocked as this timeline allows.

The biggest problem I have with CosmoProf is the lack of available products! NEVER, & I mean never, have I found all the products I needed for my salon when I shop there. Most of the time there is only 1 of a product. Sometimes 2 if I'm lucky. This was happening long before the pandemic. They never have any new nail polishes either. The Newport News location is no better. The staff is always friendly & accommodating. I appreciate the employees at the Williamsburg location!

My stop for supplies always helpful when I am unfamiliar with a certain product.
