An old lady with gray hair asked me if I needed help I said im looking she asked if I have a professional license for salon I said no she was like you cannot purchase here and I would ask you to leave. I completely understand if they have their policies but at least at put a BIG sing on the door so people don’t waste their time in there.

Let me start off by saying that I had the worst experience I have ever had a store here. I went there to look at products as I am taking my exams to become a hairdresser. The employee of the store who wore a manager badge approached asking if I had a license. I advised not yet and she began saying you cannot buy anything without license and u also cannot browse the store without the license but saying it in a very RUDE manner. I asked her several times why I could not browse the store, she kept saying it does not matter u cannot browse the store. More detailed information should have been displayed on the store or door advising not opened for public viewing. The lack of information being displayed and the experience with this employee will be the remembrance of this business. I left feelin

Immediately upon entering the store, we were questioned and told the store is not open to the public. I assume because we look young the workers were suspicious. My boyfriend who is a licensed barber had to show his barber license as soon as we entered the store. 5 other people walked in and we’re not questioned or given a hard time at all. We were then followed around asking if we needed help frequently. I find it interesting the only 2 people in the store given a hard time were a man and a woman of color.
