Ask me 3 years ago, and I would have said massage is not for me. Dr. Steph from Damato Chiropractic recommended I go see Linda and now my opinion on massage is way different. If I could, I would go weekly. I have a chronic disease, and Linda took time on her own to research my condition to create a massage cream that would best help my physical issues. I have been a client of Linda’s at Studio 31 for several years now and I will continue to see her for as long as she will have me! Linda pays close attention during our pre-treatment conversations - always asking how the body is feeling and what might feel off - and then massages accordingly. It is never a one size fits all experience with Linda. Our bodies are unique (and weird!) and, after just a few sessions, she learned my trouble areas and will focus on those with care whenever I need it. Her techniques are more than just the “run of the mill” massage. I love how she incorporates a bit of stretching at times. I recommend Linda and the tranquil space at Studio 31 wholeheartedly!

Cheryl was amazing. I got a 90 minute hot stone massage . When I got there everyone was so friendly and I was greeted right away . The massage was very relaxing and it helped relieve the soreness in my lower back . I have been looking for a regular massage therapist and I have now found one . I was so impressed with the results that I gave Cheryl’s information to two of my friends so they can book appointments. I was very pleased with the pricing as well .
