I came in a couple days ago to purchase Matrix shampoo and conditioner (accidently grabbed 2 shampoos). I called and the lady I spoke to said she’ll hold the one I wanted for me because it’s the last one. I might be overdramatic right now but I thought that was so sweet. Such a queen

The young lady that helped me was extremely courteous, kind and professional. Helping me, caused her to close up later than she probably wanted to on a Sunday afternoon, but she was an absolute Rockstar!! Thank you and I'm always happy to return to this location!!

One of the staff (I think she said her name was Samantha) was a big help, and approachable! She was really friendly while the other women working seemed unapproachable and did not even greet me when I entered the store. I was going to walk out until Samantha came in with her friendly service!

Visited on 7/10/19 and the two female staff that helped me were very nice and knowledgeable. I've been a member for years and this was the best customer service I received. Great products for all cosmo, barber and manicurist needs.
