I visited this store today with my mother and sister while we were in town to pick up some hair products. Unfortunately, our experience was appalling. The employee who “assisted” us did not say a single word, avoided eye contact, and looked at us with an attitude that made it painfully clear our skin color was the issue. Instead of being valued as paying customers, we were made to feel like unwelcome outsiders—looked at with disgust and even had our items thrown into a cardboard box with no care whatsoever. This was not just poor customer service; it was prejudice in its purest form. My sister works with very influential clientele on a regular basis and has never experienced this level of unprofessionalism or disrespect anywhere else. Organized and friendly staff! They have what I need or they order it and let me know when it arrives!

The people working here need some serious customer service training. I walked in, was never greeted or asked if I needed help. There were two employees and one other customer in the store. Rude vibes all around

Our server Melissa was awesome and ever attentive! The seafood wrap and coconut shrimp salad was out of this world! Highly recommend stopping by. YUMO 😋

Not the first time I go there based on Google biz page saying that are opened and i get they and they're not. Sundayon Google page says open. Hand written note in door says closed. I think the staff just closes up when they feel like it. CHANGE YOUR HOURS ON GOOGLE. Don't make people just go there and waste their time and has. This has happened before and I just let it go...
