The Restorative Abhyanga massage took self care to a whole new level. I really felt Elisa's calming presence and it was so nice to just be and let someone take care of me. I felt centered and calm throughout and when the massage was over. I will be making this part of a new routine for me.

Elisa’s space is so relaxing- even before she puts her hands on you, you can feel your nervous system beginning to surrender. This is really important for anyone getting a massage. She has options of massages to choose from but there have been times that I’ve come in sharing what has been going on with me and what I feel my body needs through the massage and she delivers!! Elisa is the best massage therapist I’ve encountered in all my (many) years. I’m so grateful she uses her talents in our little town. The best part of my week is the 90 minutes I spend on her table!
