“Closes at 6pm” got there are 5:53Pm for an item i urgently needed with enough time to grab and pay in less than 3 minutes just for the door to be LOCKED with no one at a visible point .

Ana, the manager was really rude. I asked her a question regarding a product that I wanted to try and she replied back by saying we’ve had this conversation before I know I’ve had asked questions about a year ago recording this brand but not regarding the toner you know, people do forget and I felt like it wasn’t a way to answer me. I’ve been going here for years now and I’ve never had an issue She’s there to help people out and answer their questions

I love this location and the girls that work there are so nice and helpful. They helped me fine the right leave in conditioner for daughter with curly hair. They always ask if I need help finding something and loved how nice they are to my 🐩. I do love the feedback they give and share when I ask about products and I love how they do show me the sales. Great staff, friendly and they are amazing

Always have an amazing experience here , the staff is always so nice and always explain everything to me about the latest products.

Had a few mixed feelings when dealing with the place but the staff has be genuine with me every time and even helped me choose colors to mix to get my hair the shade I wanted. They are good about contacting other stores to help you find something they may not have. Wish the shop wasn't only for those who are licensed though.
