Hands down the best store I’ve seen. I absolutely love doing business with this store. Everyone is above and beyond with service and knowledge!! I love that it is kept clean and well stocked to meet my every need. I’ve never been so happy with a Cosmoprof store. Love Michelle, can’t say enough about how perfect she makes everything. I highly recommend this store.

i absolutely love it here it’s like heaven! the lady at the front (i didn’t catch her name) was extremely helpful. my account wasn’t working at first and she was more than happy to help me out and had an amazing attitude about it. everytime i asked her a question ab a product she answered immediately and knew what she was talking about. great experience will definitely be back!! i like it better then salon centric 🫢

Shelves are looking empty like they are going out of Business. They stopped caring a lot of products.

Apparently only professionals with a license can shop here. Instead of having a sign on the door, they wait for you to walk in and then kick you out.

As a licensed professional, we spend a lot of money on our tools and products, so to be stereotyped when shopping here was very upsetting. First, I was the only person of color in the store and the older lady only asked me if I was licensed when I walked in, she didn’t do that to anyone else who came in after me who were not of color. Second, I stepped closer to look at the clipper tags, and she immediately came over in a manner as if I was going to take something but the prices were blocked by a tag, I told her I didn’t need anything and that it was simply blocked. Third, she decided to ask me if the person I was with was licensed, again, she did this to no one else. I do not appreciate the way I was treated. I have purchased items from here before and I was happy to learn there was a loc
