Cosmo Prof

Had the worst experience of my life at this store, I never go to Stillwater, has always been too far for me. I’ve been going to Maplewood, Saint Paul, and Roseville for over 20 years, they have always been good to me. I wish I never set foot at this location, the employee they had in there was terrible!

2nd day of attempting to go to store arrived and it’s obvious they weren’t open. Called, connected and immediately hung up. Walked up to the door and seen someone in there and they didn’t acknowledge anything. The hours of operation are posted online and at the store, but they didn’t open Saturday or Sunday.

The worst Cosmo prof I’ve been too:/ the manager of the store thinks she’s the cosmetology police and would not let me make my purchase even with my license in hand and having an account already set up. I haven’t had an issue at any other location but she was so rude about the entire situation. Let alone the store was just messy compared to others I’ve been too, all the price tags are in the wrong spots and merchandise everywhere in the wrong places. If you have to go to a Cosmo prof I suggest making the drive to woodbury. It is so much better. The Stillwater location needs to look into who they have managing their store

One of the lady’s working there was extremely rude. Treated us poorly as soon as we walked in. Asked us if we were even licensed, which has never happened in the hundreds of times we’ve been there. Of course we’re licensed, why else would we be there?? She made us feel so uncomfortable the whole time we were in there, walking back and forth watching us. Go to a different one if you can.

The gal working there, Sarah (sp?), was suuuper nice and unbelievably helpful. I haven't yet used said products yet but I had to leave a review because the customer service was amazing and she went above and beyond what I had expected and made my shopping expirence wonderful. C:
