Cosmo Prof

After big sales they don't restock the shelves I live quite a ways away from cosmoprof and when I go there they're either empty shelves or only one tube color of this or that when they have sales they should restock the shelves so that people that drive a long ways to get there can get the products they need instead of one tube of color or one bottle of shampoo etc

Called and did curbside order. Order was inside. Saw the color of the nail polish and said I wanted a different one. No returns even though clearly I didn’t use it, I was still in store. Did not tell me anyway orders were final either. Will shop somewhere else.

Very rude employees. Asking for any type of help and they talk down on you like your an idiot. If you’re gonna sell professional products then act professional!

The girl who helped me Megan was very very helpful. I was able to get everything I needed at a great price
