Lilly did a great job at working all of my major pressure points, while still leaving time to work on the points I didn’t specifically point out. The room temperature was perfect, and the soft music was relaxing. I felt extremely comfortable throughout my service. Will definitely be back again! In my career choice I never get to relax, and decided to finally treat myself and do just that. R&R did a great job at not only meeting those expectations but exceeding them. After my 60 minutes I woke up refreshed (and didn’t want to get up haha). Thank you!

This is the first time I got a message and I thought it was an amazing experience. It was quite relaxing and made me almost fall asleep. The person I picked to message me Emily did such a amazing job on my lower back messaging out those tight sore muscles even if it only gave me a days relief it was worth it and I'll be back for more.

Thoroughly enjoyed my 90 minute session with Rachel! She took the time to go over all my concerns and discuss what my goals were from my session. I also had a choice of oils to choose from and was very accommodating in what type of pressure I was comfortable with. I've never had a lymphatic massage and she incorporated that into the full body massage. It was amazing! I would definitely recommend R&R Massage to anyone and everyone! I had a prenatal massage done by Rachel and it was fantastic! I had only scheduled 30 minutes but scheduled another appointment before I left for 60 minutes, because it was so fantastic. Rachel really takes her time to understand what you want to get out of your massage. I am not usually a fan of massages so I was nervous, but when you step into the room it’s so relaxing and Rachel is reassuring the whole time. I will be recommending R&R to everyone!

I have had quite a few massages in my life and this, by far, was the best massage I have ever experienced. Rachel took extra time to review my concerns and tailored my session by adding cupping (which was new for me) because she thought it would benefit my very tense shoulders, and I feel it made a huge difference. I also experienced a partial lymphatic drainage massage which had been recommended to me by a fellow Breast Cancer survivor. Highly recommend Rachel! Already have my next appointments booked!
