Absolutely ridiculous, stood in there for 25 minutes at the desk to do a the return did not see one employee. I shouldn't have to track down an employee to so there job. I walked a store , I made my phone ring, nothing, nobody. Forget it all drive to altoona its only 45 miles the other way
Online the hours say 12-4 on Sundays. I went to the store around 1:15, and even the door said the same hours. But the door was locked, and there wasn’t even a sign giving a reason why they were closed. I also live pretty far away so I’m very disappointed
Extremely impressed!! The new manager (Landin) is absolutely amazing! She's extremely well versed with knowledge, and on top of that she gave me the BEST customer service I've ever experienced!!!
Well stocked, reasonable prices, and friendly helpful staff.
The ladies go out of their way to be so helpful
