Having such a hard time with ordering online. I called the supply store in Saint Augustine. Tina was super rude. Not only did she not help me or give me a customer service number but she wasn’t even capable of muting the call so I couldn’t overhear her talking to some one else. The customer asked if she needed to take that and Tina so cheering responded with no. How rude. So not only can I hear it but I’m upset because I received less than half of my order. And I obviously paid for it online and no one can help me. How nice. I called the customer service number online and it says a store location and that they are closed.then hangs up. So this beauty supply is very crappy. Don’t waste your time. Just go somewhere else maybe they could provide you with a customer service number if you need

Store closed when I needed to run in quickly on a SATURDAY morning!!! The note on door said they left at 9:55 but I was standing at the door at 9:50am. Had 20 mins to grab foils and a few boxes of copper (for a last min client) that I normally don't keep on hand everyday. I am independent and thankfully my fellow co-workers could loan me what I needed. This is peoples livelihood they are messing with.

Love Cosmoprof and the ladies that work here that make our shopping so much easier. They are always helpful and cheerful and definitely deserve a raise 👏. Thank you for all you do for us stylists. Definitely will be back ♥️

I went with my teacher and classmates, 15 of us, to get acquainted with the shop and the products. The staff could not have been more helpful. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, explain the difference between the different products, and ways to be economical with our purchases. I love it in there. Thank you I’ll be back!
