The store overall is fine, but during a pre holiday sale last year i asked them to place an order for something that they didn't have in stock. Over the next couple of months. I continued to call in to check to see if my products ever came in. I was continuously told that they did not. That's been about a year now, and apparently my product never showed up. Just feels like a lot of work to do for something that I ordered that I never got to actually enjoy. I've just learned how to rely on the other supply stores because my orders show up.

Jasmine has always been such an amazing help and always remembers what I need and get it for me since I am on crutches! She is a truly amazing human being. The only reason I come to this one.

Good service and found what I needed.

I went to this location yesterday ( 12/13/21). Honestly I stopped going to this store because of the previous manager. She was really rude and always talking about staff while they were absent. All of that said-- the district manager who is GREAT! She has created a wonderful staff here. I always liked Barbara and am really happy that she is still there. Barbara is very knowledgeable and very caring.
