The staff here at the Richmond location are so friendly and professional. Lavonda has always been helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure that me as well all other customers are getting what we need and will help in any way she can. Thank you to all of the staff at the Richmond Cosmo Prof for being such caring and professional people!!

The manager Lavonda is racist. She is rude and demeaning. I felt like she spoke down to me and did not respect my concerns. I asked for corporates phone number and she refused to give it to me. I won’t be back.

I love shopping at CosmoProf. They usually have great deals, exclusive products, and the staff is kind and helpful.
