She was incredibly knowledgeable, offered helpful recommendations, and truly made me feel valued as a customer. On top of all that, she was so sweet and welcoming—it honestly made my whole experience so much better. Shout out To Brian! He goes above and Beyond For his customers! Always has a smile ,greets you with respect. If you have a problem he does every thng in his power to correct it. If you need something they dont have at the moment he will call other locations to find. He keeps on top of your needs and respects you as a client. He should be in a management Position. Very capable of running his own store! impeccable Customer service!

I absolutely love this store But what makes it the very best is the people that work there. Terri is A top notch manager and Bryan is the best assistant manager on the planet. A management team does not get any better than this. Tiffany is so wonderful and helpful and always greets everyone with such a sweet smile. I personally work with Maddie and she is a wonderful hairdresser also. I have been shopping at this Cosmoprof for years and would highly recommend this location!

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. They definitely do as much as they can to help you get the results you want to achieve. Thisbsyore also has a nice layout. Wide aisles and plenty of shelves. The new manager Teri is awesome.
