I’ve been to this location multiple times, but I mainly order same day delivery. Dora is not only kind and friendly in person, but she is just as thoughtful when putting together your order. She’s a gem!

I’ve been here twice and had the same woman both times. I do believe she’s the store manager. She is such a delight! Very charismatic, helpful, and easy to talk to. My boyfriend doesn’t care for beauty stores, but doesn’t mind this location just simply because of her personality. That and he loves that he can use me to get him discounts on his Crew products lol. I’ve never had a bad experience at any cosmoprofs, but this one stands out to me because of the service I’ve had. It’s my fault, I always go when they don’t have their 10% off running haha I need to keep better track of that!
