I was having a not so good week and wanted to pamper / refresh myself before heading back to work in about 14 days. I went to this shop for the finishing touch on my hair style. I simply wanted just a touch of color. This Lady's ( Heather ) pleasant and cheerful attitude set tone for my whole shopping experience she helped me find the product then she even spoke to my stylist via phone to make sure I had the right product. But as that was not enough my payment method was not cooperating. They young paid my bill. It was brought to tears she said " go enjoy your pamper session " I told her thank you so much. Her reply was come back so I can see your transformation. I felt like beautiful butterfly 🦋🦋🦋. Thank you for making my day CosmoProf and Heather.🥰

I was very pleased with my service at this location. The young lady who I think is the man anger did a wonderful job at suggesting products that would protect my blonde hair. I will shop again at this location. Her and her staff are very pleasant and the store is well organized and clean.

Lady working behind the counter with blue hair on Tuesday July 4th, 2018 was rude when I was deciding a product that was best for what I needed, and going through the pros and cons of each, she kept telling me 'well that's your opinion' and kept mentioning how it s a professionals store and how 'she cuts hair too' acting like that's a reason shed know what I need best fit for me. Over all just under breath ride comments and didn't seem like she cared to assist. Maybe because I'm young? But I do have my Master Barber License .

Woman working behind the counter was very rude. I was visiting Virginia from out of state and stopped in because I saw a beauty supply store. So asked tersely if I have my card. I said yes I have my credit card not knowing she meant my beauticians license. Then she rudely explained that it said it on the door. Clearly i hadn't seen that or I wouldn't have bothered. I just think a bit of humility should be a basic requirement for customer service. I've made mistakes like every other human.

This was my first time visiting this location and the manager Lissett and her staff were very help. I came in looking for a new shampoo and conditioner to control my curly mess of hair and Lissett recommend the perfect product for my hair. I will revisit this location it was a pleasure to shop.
