Cosmo Prof

I was just there, and for whatever reason.. there was a woman with glasses on at the register that decided she wanted to have a terrible attitude with me. I went in to buy a few boxes of color for the week, and needed to throw away an orange peel that I had in my hand.. is that a crime? I have a young child and I’m not dressed to impress people that work at CosmoProf or anyone else. They need to do better. This really rubbed me the wrong way, and they just lost 1.

Don't mean to knock any business, but I ran out of color yesterday. Came to cosmoprof at 815am and the store was still closed. Waited outside for 10min, calling the store to se if anyone was in there and no answer. Store does day it open 8am-4pm. 830am and store is still closed. 6/10/23

Haven't been there in a while. They changed the store around, and its still easy to find what you need. Friendly service, and great prices.

gave me a hard time just to get an account with them as a student in cosmo . Their customer service needs improvement and they need to leave whatever code it is to set up an account with EVERY EMPLOYEE instead of certain ones. . . I went 3 times just to set up an account and I was turned away .... even after me bringing in my OG Time card that's up to date. get it together !😒
