The staff at this location is amazing on Monday, December 1st, 2025. My husband and I went to this shop at around 5:30pm and we were having issues with his account. This meant we couldn't make any purchases due to it being blocked. She showed me the number to call to have this matter resolved. It took roughly 28 minutes to be in queue to speak with someone. Finally, right before 6pm, we were able to get his account resolved but all the while, the staff was so supportive, patient and friendly waiting on us so resolve the matter. Although it was close to closing time, she was really understanding and helpful. You have an awesome evening staff that needs to be recognized. Thank you for a great experience.

I love this place but today the lady was on her phone told me my receipt was on my phone and didn't give me a bag to take my items she just said it's good I use to love the experience getting in and being treated like a customer but I don't feel the same energy and freedom of spending my money here I will be going somewhere else

This is my first time visiting this place, and the experience was bad. The employee was very rude, and it's unacceptable to treat customers badly

I recently stopped by this local CosmoProf and was absolutely thrilled with the experience! As an esthetician who occasionally updates my daughter's highlights, I was so excited to find so many fun shades of semi permanent color and the Ouidad products we love. The staff was outstanding—knowledgeable and super helpful. Definitely a top spot for anyone in the beauty industry looking for great products and expert advice!

Great shop. Great staff. During my visit I could tell they had tasks to complete but the staff made themselves available to me and warmly greeted everyone at the door as we enetered. They were knowledgeable about their products and very helpful. A great experience. I will be utilizing this location more frequently.
