My shopping experience the last few times has been great not sure if this is a new employee or manager, but things really have been different lately with consistent good customer service and professionalism

Angel left me on hold for 10 minutes so I can hear her talk about her personal life, her dog , her age, got all the information I didn’t even call about AND I didn’t need to hear!
You're sure to find what you need for your salon. The person who served me was wonderfully attentive. I was pleased with my visit.
The new manager is trying to make it better ..she cleaned the store .. for a long time there was never the color we needed on the shelves... most of the time it is stocked...if not I ask she goes back and gets what I need . I do think for all of the money we spend as Stylists there should be a public bathroom. Js
