The manager and girls in Novi are the best.. always helpful the manager goes out of her way to help. She is so sweet love this store!!!

Staff was unreasonable rude. I simply asked if they had any Shades EQ toner and the employee looked at another costumer and said “do you want to answer that for her?” The other customer continued by asking me if i was licensed as a cosmetologist. When the employee asked me about developer i said i only needed toner and she responded with “well I’m not licensed so i don’t know.” It was disrespectful and rude. Will not be coming back.

I'm a licensed Aesthetician & Manicurist, just to put that out there. I went in here, the other day. Was my 2nd time in the store, and was my last time I'll spend money there. This place is more expensive than TNG and Sally's beauty...which both are open to the public. I do not want to spend almost $5 more on the exact same epilating products, in a store open only to licensed cosmetologists. It should be less than a store open to the public. When I brought it to the attention of the lady behind the counter, she said, "we cost more, because we are not open to the public". That made absolutely no sense to me. And she was very condescending, about it. I will never buy another thing from this store. Example, Lil Peanut trimmer: Sally's price $59.99 (public price). CosmoProf price $64.99. I'

I did like the manager here but now I tried to call the store no answer I come over here says online that they’re open for New Year’s completely closed
