Cosmo Prof

Normally have a good experience at this store, however today I walked out within two minutes of being there without purchasing any products. In the short time I was there, I heard one employee being blatantly rude to customers simply asking about product stock, as well as both employees complaining about the amount of people in the store (a whopping 4) THIRTY minutes before they close, lol. I usually don't even waste time to write a bad review but just the fact that they were so obviously bad at customer service made me act otherwise. I work in customer service so i get if someone is just having a bad day, but clearly this wasn't the case.

Licensed Professionals can find a variety of products for hair. skin and nails. Limited Skincare Products. New Manager, Lisa J, is very delightful providing great customer service and demonstrating professionalism. She interacts well with customers educating them on classes, ceu’s and other valuable information.

I love shopoing at Cosmo Prof. They all seem to be really hit or miss when it come to the people work in it. Thankfully, we don't go there for the conversation. I feel like maybe the management just doesn't want to work anymore. Or maybe the upper management expects alot from them for not much in return.... Who knows!

Rebecca is always so kind and helpful! This is a great location.

I love going to CosmoProf to purchase all of my products. The staff are friendly and they are always willing to help.
