I wish I could give 0 stars. Today I stopped by to pick up an online order. I shopped around before picking up my order. I asked a couple of times to get my online order first but the cashier insisted on ringing me up first. After the transaction was complete, I had to reminded her about my online order. When she brought it back it was not what I had purchased. Someone wrapped a candle up and put it in my bag. And by this time they were out of stock of the item I ordered w the person behind me taking the last one. All I received was “oh yeah, I’m sorry.” And they said well you can call and see if anyone else has it. This was your mistake why should I have to call? The store wasn’t busy, the staff should’ve looked to see what else they could do to help. I’m asking questions to try and see w

It's ok. With my allergies, I can never seem to find my scent I need/ want. Employees not always helpful, but do greet you when you walk in door. Would like to see flower scents.

I have experienced poor customer service at this store location several times, and I have finally had enough. Each time I visit, the manager—a tall, blonde, middle-aged woman—ignores me while warmly greeting the person who enters right behind me. Recently, I reviewed my credit card statements and discovered that I have spent nearly $700 at Bath & Body Works over the past nine months! Although this store is only five minutes from my house, I have decided to take my business to Goosecreek. Their loss!

The north Aurora location is pretty good with customer service and the store itself was clean and well faced.

I love shopping here!! The ladies here always give me such a cheerful smile and this energetic vibe when I enter the doors! Very convenient, close to home and love the awesome deals!!! Thanks BBW for always making this customer's shopping experience pleasant!
