1- They would not return a pair of neck trimmers that I had bought the day before after telling me they would take them back before 30 days if I didn't like them .. zero terms were disclosed 2 - They are selling Oster 76 clippers for $259 which is supposed to be our "licensed professional pricing" however they are being sold on Amazon for $169 . They are NOT looking out for Licensed professionals. 3 - The staff was not customer service friendly rather "in your face defensive" .. this place needs some sort of training in professionalism
