Big store with lots of products, amazing kind helpful staff and amazing manager Rikki works hard for her store and other stores especially store 9213 and is very kind.

1st time there! My friend is a hairdresser and she needed supplies . She only goes there for her business products. The place was so organized and clean, staff was very nice and they called my friend by name. Very welcoming. I really don't know what all the products were for, they have a ton of them!

Of the four times I have been in here three times I have gotten absolutely horrible customer service, from the same staff member. The last time I was in I had people with me who actually mentioned her demeanor without me ever mentioning my previous experience. She is overall aloof & seems bothered/argumentative when asked for help. I will get my products elsewhere from now on.
