I had a great experience at Cosmo Prof, and I want to give a big shoutout to Shannon. Even though she seemed very busy handling multiple things around the store, she still made the time to be incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful. It really stood out to me how she balanced everything while still making sure I had a great experience. Her professionalism and positive attitude didn’t go unnoticed.
Went to pick up some hair products and had no idea what I was looking for, Cassidy and Shannon were AMAZING! They answered all my questions give me the rundown on all the products and made sure I knew you had to take care of my hair once I left. They were both so sweet and genuine and helping me I really appreciate them taking so much time to go over everything with me!
Online order pickup was seamless and loved how organized the location is! The 2 staff were very pleasant and friendly and I enjoyed chatting with them about a new gel polish line!
Great staff, super friendly.
I highly Recommend Cosmo Prof 💕Friendly staff🫶Clean place; They had everything I need for my job! Remember you need to be licensed to shop there.
