One of the sweetest girls helped me out today choosing a hair conditioner for my hair and I was so thankful for her help she asked if I had a membership and I said yes and was so patient with me. And took me to the correct area to find the product I needed. I give this place 5 star

I stopped by on my way home from work, intending to pick up a cool black hair dye. I got there at 5:55 and was comparing the hair samples to my skin tone, when all of a sudden half the lights go off and the music stops. I tried to continue looking at the hair samples with my phone flashlight. But had to give up because I really couldn’t see. Then I asked the one worker if she is going to close the store and if that’s why the lights and music are off? And she says yes. Up your training. Your younger employees deserve the chance to learn real social skills and employable habits. Like don’t turn the lights off on somebody, I’m not an animal you’re putting to sleep for the night. I have been coming here for years; but, when I went in this time the girl who is working there now is rude, she came up to me and kept trying to speak Spanish to me, I don't even look Spanish, I told her I don't speak Spanish. Then she told they close in one minute and she speaks perfect English, so, I don't understand why she didn't speak to me in English the first time.

Terrible customer service, doesn't want to help.

i was just in there because i couldn’t find anything in sally’s and the two ladies in the store told me i couldn’t shop there due to not having a membership or being a cosmetology student- which i can understand, but they gave me a really weird look and spoke me to as if i was dumb for walking in so lol dont come in if you have colored hair i guess 🤷🏻‍♀️
