Closing early and counting down registers before posted hours? Completely unprofessional. As a beauty professional, I rely on stores like CosmoProf to honor their hours. Extremely frustrating and disrespectful to customers who depend on your service.

Walked in and I spoke to the two ladies at the front and no one responded at all. I got to the checkout and the lady didn’t even say a word but “phone number?” I told her. I also told them that they were both rude because I spoke to them and didn’t get a response and they still didn’t respond. I walked out. Poor customer service as high and that stuff is in that store I can and will continue to shop on Amazon. I planned on getting more than what I got but I just got my 4x4 and got out of there!

Veronica is the BEST!! Always greeting me with a hello, making me feel welcome. She is also very helpful with what you need. The store keeps a pretty good stock on things. This is the one to go to if a choice. 😁

Love to get most of my products here, but some of the people need an attitude adjustment! They weren't very helpful or polite! I've had my license for a long time! Wjat does it take for a little respect?
