You need to be a licensed cosmetologist to stop here, however your staff is completely unlicensed. How are your customers supposed to ask for help when your staff members are completely clueless about the products and color formulation? Yes, we formulate for ourselves, however it is nice to get a second take from another stylist. It is ridiculous and embarassing to have non hairstylists working in a professional license required cosmetology store. It is a liability to allow non licensed people give chemical advice.

Went in recently and found out there's yet another new Store Manager. what happened to the sweet young girl that was there a few months ago? New store manager should really not be there, Overheard her talking about other employees not present which is extremely unprofessional. If it wasn't for the Sweet Red/Purple haired girl with tattoos up front that was amazingly helpful i would've left and never came back. I hope upper management sees this and rethinks the type of people they pick as store managers

Showed up two times this past week and they’re closed. Nothing online about being closed. Nothing on the door. What’s going on with this location????

This Cosmoprof is by far my favorite. Dawn is an INCREDIBLE person to talk to- her recommendations are always on point and she’s super personable. Despite this location being slightly out of the way from where I live, I choose to shop here because of her. Thank you, Dawn!
