Unless you have a beautician license you are not allowed to purchase anything from this store. Sally's is crap compared to this store. Sallys doesn't even have a fraction of these amazing hair products. Really disappointing. I needed haircolor and toner and I can't wait for days for an Amazon delivery. So now I need to go to Sally's and get the bad cheap quality haircolor. And no toner. Because sallys doesn't carry the one I needed..

I always love coming in this store. Jessica(manager) and I believe her name is Natalie. Anytime I have any kind of questions about color they always help me and they always smiling. I love it. Always helpful always telling me about certain classes. And if I do need help with some kind of product with shampoo or any kind of sales going on, they always so helpful about it. I really appreciate it coming to the store. And thank you again

Love this location always friendly and helpful. I feel they have more stock than raleigh. I love smaller stores the customer service is exceptional.

Everytime I come here it’s awesome the workers are always happy and helpful. BUT..... twice now I have needed something on a Saturday and when I get there they are closed for lunch and I can’t get what I need. Maybe get more than one person in here on a Saturday. This sucks. I have a customer in my chair and can’t get what I need because of a lunch break. Not cool.
