Very helpful ladies working here. As a professional stylist, Cosmoprof has always been a reliable supplier for my creations. This location did not disappoint. I'm very happy with the service provided, the poor ladies must have gotten me 8 different clippers before I chose one, I appreciate their patience with me.

If I could give -5 stars i would . The employee I meet this morning RUDE & her customer service skills are a zero. I’m not sure how she even works in retail, Hispanic girl with dark hair and front blonde streaks she said her name was Monica, if that was even her real name. Had an attitude with me soon as I got to the register to make my return. The comments she was saying were so inappropriate to tell a customer. DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY DON’T KNOW HOW TO TREAT THIER CUSTOMERS!

So when I got there, it was called something else but you could see that it was a hair store. It turns out that it’s the same company. Good selection nice friendly staff.
