i just wanted to take a minute and express how amazing this store is. jackie, was so sweet and kind to me. she left me some cute samples and was VERY informative on any questions i had!

Great staff enjoy talking to them very knowledgeable, limited barber supply but I still go there for some things.

I find the staff always courteous and helpful in spite of what some of these people say in their reviews. I picked up an order today the colors were wrong, I don't have time to go back-and-forth, but I know that they're doing everything they can to accommodate their customers.. No invoice ,a totally different total deducted from my bank statement than what I was told ...It happens, I'm sure it was'nt deliberate...Ill get over it...Thanks Cosmo Orof for always doing your best!

Haven’t colored my hair in a long time and decided try something new. Walked in 3 ladies standing at the front. I walked to the front counter and this heavy set lady who looked unkempt and frazzled disgustingly gave me an up down look. Now keep in mind I have a black eye from a boxing match the night before so I may have looked like what she is use to seeing on a daily basis (now we are on the Manchester line) I politely asked where their hair color is, to which she rudely responded “we have color everywhere” Now I had stuttered a little so maybe she thought I was on drugs so she handed me over to a nice lady younger color specialist and she was so polite helping me decide what route to go. I was at the door at 8:00 a.m. ( I did not like being "that person"). I needed something for my 1st client at 9. The woman opened the door with a smile while talking to another customer on the phone. As soon as she could she was helping me and asking how I was. She was sooo friendly.. She made my day!! Thank you.
