I visited the store for the first time on December 22nd and was impressed with the excellent service from the staff. They were very knowledgeable about their products and gave me great recommendations for other hair care products that I wasn't even looking for, but I ended up buying them and they worked perfectly.

Johanny is the epitome of excellent customer service. I am so fond of her I ask for her every time and I even call ahead and ask if she’s there. She will actually help you with as much as possible and she’s just a lovely person to be around. Johanny is what every single business in the United States wants leading their staff and representing their brand. Promote her ASAP

I visited this supply store on September 14, and although I have been a loyal customer for many years, I have never experienced such disgusting and disrespectful customer service. I have been a licensed cosmetology professional since 2004 and a long-time resident of Hialeah, and it is disappointing to see how this city is being represented by people with such hostile and aggressive attitudes. The biggest responsibility falls on the manager, who is the one making these hiring decisions. Not only are the employees untrained in customer service, but they also lack basic respect for human beings. Really bad customer services. I went today 20min to 4pm and the cashier Miriam Approached me with a huge attitude, letting me know that they will closing in few minutes. she didn’t even let me walk into the store. In front of all the clients. Really shameful

Horrible service the lady at the cashier is unhelpful, rude, and unknowledge. She was very distant and cold to another customer asking for help and gave attitude to me when asking simple questions. I hope people like her are soon out of jobs, it would truly be for the best.
