Cosmo Prof

Went this evening to pick up some much needed supplies, took 30 minutes of driving there in Bay Area traffic to be greeted by a locked door before 6. Even while I begged this girl to let me buy 3 things before 6 this girl refused and counted her register instead. I will be contacting corporate because this is such terrible customer service. If your store hours are posted til 6 that is when you should close not before.

We were in the middle of transaction when a lady showed up and started bossing around the employee... 2 items that I wanted to buy didn't have a bar code on them and the other lady very rudely informed me that I couldn't get the 2 items!!! Who was this "lady"???? And Why??? This Location Needs Atencion!!!! Because at the end of the day, I got mistreated And You Lost Revenue for the items that I was not Allowed to purchase!!

I go to this Cosmo Prof frequently. And I mean frequently. Every time I visit I am treated with a hello, good morning, what can I help you with. I have never had an unpleasant visit. The women who work there are very informative about there products and where they are located in the store. Matter of fact this is my favorite Cosmo Prof.

Probably the nicest cosmoprof I've ever seen, and the staff is very nice, too. They have a larger inventory than most cosmoprofs, and my only complaint I'd they seem to be out I'd stock of the specific items I am usually looking for. Definitely recommend in general.

Gotta love finding deals on my lunch time. The staff here is so accommodating. I'm always so forgetful when it comes to holding onto my membership card. Luckily they are nice enough to have me give them my number.
