The store customer service is aweful Did not care for the store not much products. no bags provided after purchase . Tried to return an item and couldn’t. Visited many times and customer service still the same also called and reported to cosmoprof as well. Visited many locations in North Carolina and Boston and never experienced store like this one. Bad attitudes, lack of interest working. Should be grateful for a job.
My wife found what she needed.
Kicked me out before I could tell her I was in school. All she did was asked if I was licensed cut me off from talking and told me I can’t shop there. Rude and never will return.
Love Shopping at Cosmo Prof! The Associates are very helpful and Friendly. Kristen and kylie are the Best!!!
Don't let anyone talk you into getting high lift color it doesn't lift enough, and leaves you orange. The the integrity of my hair is completely ruined now from trying to get it corrected not a single toner is fixing it either
