The people that work at this new location in Fuquay Varina are so wonderful. They are patient and kind and always willing and eager to tell me about new products and things on sale. Which always makes me spend more than I had planned but that’s OK. Fabulous selection! Easy Parking. Best beauty supply in Raleigh for licensed professionals only

If I could give this location zero stars, I would!!! I've never received such horrible customer service from now two employees on two separate occasions, and bad enough to call corporate to complain. I don't wish unemployment on anyone, especially during these trying times, but I truly hope corporate does something to correct the terrible company representation from the employees at this location. They've 100% lost my business.

They are closed with a sign on the door not explaining why. Nothing was posted online as to why they were closed. I was unable to get my supplies on my one day off. I get things happen, but there should at least be an explanation as to why I cannot get my salon supplies.

We Will drive by this location from now on and go to garner . We live in Fuquay-Varina. They are a sad representation of this company. Would list the problems we have had but I'm not trying to wright a book.
