Very disappointed in the service that we received at this location. I have always used my husband license and membership with the company and never had a problem. I have purchased numerous times at Miami and here in fort Myers and have never had an issue. Today my aunt went to purchase two items at the store and they simply said that the license was not under her name she was not able to purchase anything in the store. She simply left and came back in the store to take a picture of the item to purchase it online. They very disrespectfully told her she needed to leave because they did not accept anyone in the store without a license. I couldn’t believe what happened to her. Jojo was amazing! She was super attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. She really took the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed and offered great recommendations. Excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her!

Today Sunday December 14th I went to the store with my wife and daughter and at the time of paying for our items we wanted to split the purchase. The cashier denied such service. She was very rude. I would give this store 0 star if I could because of that employee. I have been a customer for many years. I think corporate should train their employees better to promote better customer service to the public.

If I could give them a zero I would. The store staff is extremely helpful but the online ordering is an absolute joke. We placed an order for same day delivery. Nothing showed up, no email, nothing. We called and they had cancelled 75% of our order due to no stock and then shipped the balance via standard shipping (5-10 days) instead of same day without any reasoning or apologies. They simply said that there is nothing that they can do. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Tell everyone to find another source for product. You need to just into the store or never order from them at all! By far the worst company I ever dealt with.
