Went in the store at 3:30pm to grab some last minute things. Had 3 things in my arms already & needed to buy a lot more however I got hung up on trying to find some shampoo & conditioner because my hair has been dry & falling out. At 4pm the girl comes up and said I needed to put what I had just pickup and leave because they closed at 4 on the weekends. I said okay well your losing the store money not me. I have never had ANY tell me to put something back because they were closed they normally allow you a few more minutes to finish last up. So instead of letting me finish grabbing what I needed to you GIO lost the store $100 plus. Moving forward I will stick to spending my money at salon centric where they don’t rush you out the store even a few mins after closing they let you know they ar

Great place to go if you want to experience general Bad Energy. I wish I could rate this place higher, I really do. I have gone in the past and gotten wonderful, friendly advice. However, the manager, who was at the counter when I went last, was downright hostile after discovering I was not a licensed professional. Their professionals only policy is not listed clearly outside the storefront, only online (I found out later). She then accused me of wanting to resell 2 boxes of over-the-counter box dye for profit. She gave me blatant misinformation, claiming this particular dye could only be purchased at CosmoProf, when Danger Jones is 1) available at another US salon retailer and 2) a sub-section of Pulp Riot, a widely distributed brand that can be found via Walmart, Amazon, and other platfo

Was my first time inside this cosmoprof and i called about a schwarzkopf blondme try me kit before i went and the staff was very friendly&helpful! At first they thought they were sold out and offered to special order me one, then after they got all my info, they called back and told me theyd found one and could hold it til the next day! To me, this was going above&beyond bc they didnt have to call back. Moving on, once i went to the store, my item was up front waiting on me. I walked around a little though and looked before checking out though. The store was very neat & organized, the employee was very friendly, and they had a good stock of products. The employee answered all the questions i had and it wasnt very busy or crowded in the store. Very positive experiences shopping at cosmoprof

I live near columbia but decided to drive to florence just cause but very disappointed...This use to have helpful customer service, but she was obviously to busy on her phone to help or answer questions was just ready to be out of this location. I'll just stick to the stores around Columbia

Not open at 12:00 today waiting for for someone to show up. Not a happy camper. I drove 35 miles to be here so I could get my shopping done for the week.
