staff is incredibly rude and doesn’t feel the need to even ask if you have a license. Just will kick you out the store apparently. Go somewhere that respects that beauty should be accessible for EVERYONE.

Why even bother. They don't carry anything i need or use in my salon. Told me I have to order it.

Over priced. under stocked. Closed selection. Under education staff on solutions and products. I came in ready to redo my 33 in. And drop a bank to literally have nothing to offer. Gross. Heartbreaking

I shop at the Champaign and Mattoon locations, since I live in-between both cities, but this location was a review option, since I searched for it while visiting my daughter. We were too late to shop at this lcation. I am going to review the Champaign and Mattoon locations, in hopes someone from corporate will read this. I enjoy shopping at both locations. The stores are clean, well-organized, and both staffs are friendly and helpful! I must say, though, that I was at the Champaign store this past spring (2018), and asked for help from who I thought was a new associate. She went on-and- on to convince me to buy this certain product, even though I had never heard of the brand. I bought it against my instinct because she was so insistent. I hated it.
