The atmosphere is always friendly and the ladies working there are always kind and helpful. Not only do I find what I'm looking for, but I find good conversation as well 😊 if you're a beauty/hair professional in the area, you can't go wrong with them!

I understand only selling until licensed professionals, but perhaps the staff can be more kind/nicer when saying so instead of giving unwanted attitude towards two people that obviously weren’t aware of that fact. But instead I got treated rudely and given nothing, but a rude attitude by a woman that works there.

I guess I was taking too long trying pick through their slim selection. The manager turned the lights out on me! Thanks for the good business and professionalism you show towards your store and your fellow customers. AND she turned the lights back on when I went back to my car..... smh

Made to feel like I was stealing even though I am a business owner who spends hundreds everytime I’m in there. I brought my own bag since they stopped with theirs. Would have shopped for longer but they made me feel so awkward. Ran into two friends on the way out and best believe I told them too. Guess I’ll be going to the Bel Air location.

I was reading through the comments to the reviews and now I know why the worker in there is so miserable it's obvious by your answers with sarcasm in them that you are the owner and the one that's always working. With the one review about not being able to shop there without a license your comment was sarcasm but maybe you should have a sign posted on the front door that unless you're a licensed cosmetologist they can come in? I think you get pleasure out of being rude and watching people shop for 45 minutes only to tell them they can't buy anything that's why every time I come up there or go past your shop its empty with no cars in the parking lot. I mean come on you're located tucked in the corner of Firestone tire store LOL you won't be open much longer the way you handle customers.
