Katie McGee Hair Artistry

I had the incredible honor of having my good friend Katie as my bridal hairstylist, and I truly couldn’t have imagined anyone else by my side on such a special day. We didn’t do a trial beforehand and I completely trusted her talent and instincts and she absolutely nailed it. I gave her the freedom to choose what she thought would suit me best, and what she created was more beautiful than anything I could have come up with myself. The style felt so “me,” but elevated in the most elegant, effortless way. My hair stayed flawless all day and night, through the photos, the ceremony, and lots of dancing. Having someone I trust and care about there with me made the whole experience so much more meaningful. She brought such a peaceful energy to the room and made me feel so confident and beautiful

I cannot recommend Katie enough as a hairstylist for weddings! I had reached out to Katie after my previous stylist canceled only a few months out from my wedding, thankfully she was available, and took on my my wedding. For my trial, I showed her just a few pictures of the look I envisioned, and she absolutely nailed it. My hair was exactly what I had hoped for—elegant, beautiful, and perfectly styled. I also had my hair cut and colored that day, which turned out amazing! I did end up asking Katie to loosen the curls a bit for a different look on the day of, and she accommodated my request effortlessly. It was clear that she really listens to her clients and wants to make them happy. On the wedding day, every single one of my bridesmaids and mothers was thrilled with their hairstyles.

Katie was an absolute dream! At my trial, I thought I wanted a hairstyle that was out of my comfort zone and then quickly changed my mind. Katie didn’t hesitate and mastered my updo. All of my bridesmaids loved their hair and received so many compliments. I couldn’t have asked for a better hairstylist!

Katie was wonderful to work with. Listens to exactly what you want and does an amazing job. My wedding hair as well as my bridesmaids hair came out amazing and would hire her again and again!
