Love this place! The staff is always so kind and helpful!

Very rude to non-licensed individuals. Could have at least said what they said in a nicer tone. So disappointed in them. There was a sign on the door, but it was not at eye level. I didn't even see it until after the awful experience.

Update: The workers there are very nice. The manager always tries to help. So much better environment. Older review:The manager there is nice. The girls there are having power trips. They are rude and disrespectful. My husband stopped to pick up a pair of clippers for me. They told him to leave. Not very Nicely either. He has picked many things up there for me in the past. I Am Licensed. I own a salon. And technically he does as well. If that were all then I wouldn’t even bother to write this. The other instance is when I was asked to leave. I already had products in my hand. They told me there were too many people in there. Two people came in behind me. Have them leave. But no. When they came in the one lady behind the counter greeted them very excitedly. Guess I wasn’t good enough for

Beautiful store. The girls working here are great! Im glad the "LICENSED ONLY" policy is strictly enforced ! Would like to see more availability though, but i assume that will improve in time.

My son entered DuBois, PA location and was immediately thrown out bc he didn't have a beautician's license. He had no idea he needed one to look around... the clerk was extremely rude. I would not buy here, even if I had a beautician's license. Very rude rules! Word travels people.
