The staff at this cosmo prof were great! They made sure I found everything I needed and were happy to do so.

You are better off going to another location. Customer Service is rude with side conversation and employees talking underneath their breath about others clients within the store. Not very professional. I am sure it's not everyday occurrence but that kind of side conversation about others should be kept in the back

They never ask me if i need help. Then after making a purchase of several items, seeing I have no bag or purse; they ask di you want to purchase a bag or take it like that. Seriously, I come shop at your store & often may i add i cant get a paper bag. then they ask if the number im giving is my number; seriously im about to make a purchase. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Great selection and prices. The staff is nice and very helpful when asked for product recommendations.

Trash!! I came here with my mom a couple of years ago and it sucks here!! Don’t come here. I think CVS is better than this trash of a store! The workers here are absolutely rude. Apparently you have to be “accepted” or have a hairstylist license in order to shop here, which I get, but they didn’t even let us look around! and the lady said it in a rude tone, too.
