Very friendly, loving and caring. Best customer service I ever experienced. Even though I am a professional from Germany I felt like there where so many helpful tips I got. And even when I had a question about silkpress which my consultant knew less about, she went the extra mile of going to ask. I was really impressed thank you guys and continue on this lane. The douglasville location is very racist.a lady named Kim I believe with a white haircut was very rude and started yelling racial slurs and when I said I was going to call corporate she said she didn’t care because today was her last day. This happened yesterday. There was no one else in there to help me. Check the camera footage. I will be taking further action. I have NEVER experienced something so unprofessional in my LIFE!

I was turned away at this establishment for not being a professional stylist. Just naming the store “Cosmo Prof” is not nearly enough disclosure that this store isn’t open to the general public.

I was there early in the morning and the females were nice and helpful
