Not so good customer service, the lady with long blonde hair was not polite and seemed annoyed to answer my questions. I used to come to the store before moving out and now and back after a couple years to found out this poor customer service. Looks like the new hire lack of education and what is needed to work with customers. What a shame

They hace the best products, and the attention is super

You have to have a license in order to buy at Cosmo Prof. the folks are nice however most of the time they do keep a very good inventory of their stock and I haven’t found what I needed at the moment.

Hairdressers are a tight community, we tend to create relationships with suppliers because we set a trend with our clientele and consistency is important. Cosmosprof greets you the second they see you they know our purchasing trends and always have what I need when I need it. Without supplies we cannot generate revenue. This Cosmo Profs has terrible service, the employees are rude, and have no respect for customers. Also, no one there speaks English. Go to the Cosmo Profs in bird road instead. Their service is exceptional.
