Frequently out of stock, even on items being promoted on sale.
Employees helped find a product in stock in shop the app said wasn’t available. Promo didn’t take either and they worked some magic and got the promo working as well. Favorite cosmoprof in the Pittsburgh area.
Might want to keep hours updated on web during these uncertain times. Stopped by Friday bc stated open and was note on door saying “curbside pick up only” on Friday and Saturday. Wasted trip!
Went here about a week ago and the store was closed over an hour and a half early, doors locked and lights off and there were about 10 other customers with me waiting to get in. Super unprofessional and I won't be visiting this location again.
The website says open till 4, everytime I go its closed so glad there is another beauty supply store near by never again.
